Rune shimtars was worth like 92k back then street value till dec 2007 when they ended trading and ruined the wildy they became like 50k. ranging was expensive to level addy arrows where like 420gp a arrow, death runes was like 550 gp and bloods where 820 gp. To regular pkers rune b axe had value but to people in clans it was trash, i would sell them and use rune short swords/rune shimtar. We would have unioffical pks 1-2 hours before the real pk trips and would pull 25-35 people with no leaders invovlved it was mostly done by, pk warlords like boomerdabomb, heerdnar and heerdpower, wow360, bluesky17 or bloodarrow or well known members like pouline1.

I would have to say noobs inc, in the summers of 2005-2006 thats tactic of running to gap to fight then using guerilla warfare tactics at dwarfs was insane, only the clans in top 7 could witstand it. I remmeber ni destorying clans like twrf, wl, tmrd, cl and bk, valor, excer,mystic knights, anarchy.luna, lf, etc. You see that small area in dwarfs was single zone, so you could be safe in that spot and shoot and range enemies who where in multi-zone. I rmember in the summer of 2006 destroying twrf and these clans it was insane, the clan world still has mainly 90 percent melee and 8 percent rangers and 2 percent mage/binders. I believe ni at the time had about 30 percent mages 20 percent rangers and 50 percent melee at the start of summer 2005, ironically the ratios got worse as word spread a ni member named hollandudja got 99 range rather fast and made millions of gp and bought party hats. You see 99 range was better for getting kills for loot them magic. Dudes started to train range and magic more then melee, and in the summer of 2006-summer 2007 noobs inc ratios went to like 30 percent mages and 40 percent range, it was insane. I was fhked as i was mostly melee and had only 77 range and 70 magic, so i started to melee with rune short swords and bind with black robes and anti fire shield, with green hide bottoms, and green hide top to tank, it wasnt till the summer of 2007 i got fed up with the ratios and me dying alot more often, i got my range to 92 and magic to lvl 79 in the summer of 2007 made like 25 mil in rune drops.
