This means you have 2 inventories to fish and you can right click empty it in bank (or shift click empty). Basically it means it's 3.5 minutes of AFK fishing before you need to bank. I just bank at Crafting Guild since the deposit box is 1 tile away and tele to my house and fairy ring to the Karambs spot.
