Tempest vs Reign of Terror

Today we were just chilling in W1, doing the new christmas event when we passed a few ROT members who were also doing it. Being kind members of the Gilenior society, we were handing out candy and presents too all the little noobs that wandered past. ROT members (grinchy) kept smacking the presents out of their hands, and in anger, we challenged them to a battle in the wilderness to pay for their crimes.

So we pinged discord and headed up to Ferox where they met us head to head to do battle.

Spent close to 30 mins in a clean 1 v 1 while we waited for 6 midsized clans to get their shit together and join one discord chat in attempt to crash. Finally they showed up and we moved the fight to CA to lure them away from single (fearful of losing their rune scims). We continued fight largely untouched as the crashing clumps couldn't figure out how to path their characters around the trees without getting bound and tortured.

Eventually we decided to play a game of king of the hill, so went to sperm hill where we waited for many crashers (including Graciok ((lost))) to try and take our throne. Unsurprisingly, didn't go well for them and eventually we got bored of waiting so we headed north to MG in order to restart once more.

Fought neck and neck with ROT for more time, this time looking to clear out the crashers and see if anyone could outlast us at the boomer member gate. As expected, we were the last clan standing there too, as Murray, Kemp, Bob Kelso, and other noncey DF members couldn't even skull before our NORAD santa tracker (otherwise known as Tika) pinged them from 2 and a half minimaps away. Now that'd modern radar.

Eventually the DF members became frightened of our large numbers (more on TS than they have in their clan, lol!) and along with the other clumpy clans decided to stop returning all together. This left us as the last clan standing at MG and the clear winners of the festivities tonight.
