≈Vanuckle 2,134 Posted January 10, 2023 Share Posted January 10, 2023 Tempest vs Reign of Terror A few of the boys were feeling nostalgic recently and decided to hit up ROT for a fight on the rooftops just like old times. Recent crashing attempts of our fights have either been non-existent or very poor. With that in mind, we knew that if we were on rooftops we could make any prospective crasher wanna jump off the palace rooftop both ingame and irl. Massed up about 70 good seamen and headed to Al Kharid to see Prince Ali and the boys, camp out on his rooftop and have a royal rumble. Clashed with ROT who had a few more than us and went toe to toe with good spam and plenty of KO's flying all over the magic carpet map. We continued to fight untouched for over 20 minutes before crashers started to trickle in. Could tell they were obviously unorganized and had different ideas, as crashing wasn't with big numbers or with any level of coordination. Spent time easily clearing them with an anti-snipe unit before realizing there wasn't any need as they had 0 impact and continued the fight on as planned with our full force. Fought all the way to the end of the cap at which point we cleared the crashers off the roof and decided to wait to see if they'd come back in any force. Ofc at this point they were too scared and wanted to chill on a whole nother rooftop (very timid behaviour). We slung some arrows at them, before realizing they didn't actually want the smoke, and ended after almost 2 hours of battle against ROT.
