Yo man! Long time, anyone else from Tko still about? Life’s been good man, how about you? Didn’t realise there was still Big community still about on discord until like last year!
Good, miss the old CWAs with TKO for sure.
Theres still a few around. I think Raams / Michele Ac still in Forsaken. You can find Beyblade on discord, i spoke to him yesterday. I think Fasty retired. Some core members are still around in various clans

A balance between economic incentive and enjoyment
My friend asked everyone this stupid but funny question a while back: If your were literally paid to scoop poo with a shovel 9am -5pm , 5 days a week for $500k per year, would you do it? If yes how many years would you do it for?

A lot of research basically, Google is your best friend really. You just start getting whatever information you can get, both from the company and the public. Their investor relations website is a good start (most companies have this in 2021). Youtube & Reddit are great for getting insight on how the public perceives the said company. Twitter is quite interesting too.
For example, I knew about Tesla's hype long before I invested in them. Took some time before I pulled the trigger.
For RE... as I said, RE is a very long game. Make sure you understand the costs before heading down that path... Taxes, down payment, maintenance, etc. With stocks, you can sell them with 0 issue. Can't do that with RE. Still, it's always good to venture into another type of asset (Bitcoin, RE, etc.)
I agree. I started learning the same way. Youtube, reddit, just googling stuff and learning how to read investor relations/financial statements.
Congrats on the condo as well ?

I remember when i was Downfall back in 2007/2008 Uffan5 who was leader at the time left for CR. I recall CR and EXO had a big crash war back in the day as well.

Nice man!
Love to see some investment talk, personally all in index funds at the moment but have about 10k in Amazon as my only single stock holding. I typically pick a handful of "outperformers" each year, and the rest stays in my index funds.
I think that is a wise investment decision. What ETFs do you hold?

I've never dived into crypto but my gf and I have a well diversified portfolio. Mix of growth / dividend stocks in mine and etfs in hers.
Biggest gains include 13x return on Tesla I bought 2 years ago. Avg cost basis of $49, roughly $250 back before the split

Yes in college i had a bad low back/hip for a little. Went to a chiro that he did all that stuff + the neck and upper back cracking stuff as well for some reason.
Low back pain went away 2 weeks later but i couldn't tell if it was from the treatment or just simply rest. My neck and upper back felt nice for like a few hours then felt the same as before lol .
