I think we are fully capable of doing this, but too old and tired for me :P. We can play League whenever just hmu. Idk but the feeling is mutual. Sharks all day. I don't know why any of us did this tbh. Because you're still waiting and hoping I return.

Of course I remember you. I'm glad to hear you are doing well and in a good place! Thank you for the kind words, I'm sorry you went through that as well, it's a tough thing to deal with and nothing you can do to help them really. I seem to remember buying rune from you and Ves basically worshipped you lol. And Eowyn ❤️. Yeah, LOTR was everything back then, I had to range in every game I played because Legolas was a beast.

❤️ Nice talking to you as well, if my memory serves me correctly we've had nice conversations in the past as well. What clan from 2007 - 2009 do you think had the most potential but never reached their ceiling and why? This one for me is Collision. I was friends with Expounder and they had some of the same foundations and organization as when DF was a smaller clan. Ex was a really intelligent guy and a good leader. I believe their alliance with TT hurt them and never allowed them to stand on their own and grow. I'm not saying #1 or anything like that, but they had potential to be a top 10 clan. I'm not privy as to why they closed, but it was a bit sad. If I had to pick a bigger clan I'd say TT. They were always hovering in the top 5, and top 3 but never really hit or sustained #1. I'm not entirely sure as to why, I thought they had a lot of good officials. I know early on they didn't want to take certain fights and it took them awhile to come around and maybe that was the problem but I'm not certain. What clan did you respect the least and why? This is easy for me, VR. While VR lasted longer than the other versions of this clan that usually made a big splash then fizzled out, they were one of the biggest reasons for the fall of the clan world in my opinion. They were a step above NH if that, and eventually to compete other clans started lowering their standards as well. Those crash wars and the behavior during that time, added to the rest of us ruining the clan world with 12 hour fights, was the nail in the coffin imho. There were some decent guys there (Evizu, Cera) but they were okay with winning at all costs and up until then, most other clans had a line they wouldn't cross. Hypothetically if 3 members quit from opposing clans, who would you want to have join DF and why? I'm going to flub this one because my memory isn't that great, but I'll name off some I can remember - Corr - Demon, Rob, D2 ❤️ TT - D0nts, Brad X, TMO RSD - Livinlarge, Icedrop, F1r30 EH - 3lite, Nullusion, Broski

? I did this for me, and being who frequents this site it was the best place to start. ❤️ Definitely good times. For the record we never spoke much outside of setting up fights, but I'll always respect your mark on the clan world. I may or may not have agreed with some tactics, but we can say that about any clan leader of any era. I'd say the most difficult thing was was a big fight we had with Corr when Death returned for a fight. Corr was the better clan that night and they were clearly motivated to beat us in Death's return. We really had no answers and had just lost too many numbers and it was over. Death was messaging me some things that I'll keep to myself but it was a lot of pressure and I felt like I let him down that night. Later on I realized that it didn't matter who the leader of DF was that night, Corr just fought better that night and I'm not ashamed to say it. Being it was Death though, it stuck with me for awhile and I questioned if I was the right leader going forward. It was the first time in my time as a leader where I wondered if I was still the right person for the position. Love ya too man, I wouldn't have been half the leader I was without you easing me into the position. In my humble opinion you were the most important leader in DF's history because you had to be the one to keep DF alive when Death left. Nobody else could've done the job you did and that's saying a lot considering how much I respect that group we came up in. I remember more than most people think I would so yeah, I remember lol.

Shinobi - All around great person and the right person to take over DF when he did. He bled DF and that was one of his biggest strengths. He was probably a little too nice as far as a weakness. Bunty - I spoke with Bunty about this recently but I couldn't have lead DF near as well as I could have if not for him. He was always the mature one of the older group and wise beyond his age. He was strict and it was the best thing for that group at the time. I honestly can't think of something I would call a weakness unless you consider he started having IRL things to do and had to go inactive but that's a good thing for him. Veseble - Ves was unique. He was the loud crazy kid but everyone loved him. He was silly, but then when he got serious he was one of the best warlords of that era. His weakness was that if he had his way he would let some people get away with anything. Homedawg - I've also had this conversation with Homedawg recently. I watched that kid grow up and I'm honestly just proud of him. He was sort of a goof early on, didn't want to train, etc. He was always dedicated and die hard but just didn't take much seriously. Then he hit a point where he became a great official, warlord, etc. His weakness would have been his early time in DF when he wouldn't train and reach his potential. He made up for it later though. Whazaa - Whazaa was a great friend, a great guy overall. He was strict when needed to be and friendly all the other times. As far as a weakness, does being GMT count? Flinestoneman - Flin was an official before I really was ranked in DF, but he actually doesn't even know that he was one of the ones that gave me the confidence to step up and do more in DF. When I was just a member and never spoke on TS we had a war and he had been killed. I was piled and was able to eat my food and was looting food off the ground to eat before I died (I was never much of a tank) and Flin pointed out how great that was in TS since I was the new guy. I still remember that and it had a huge effect on me going forward. As for weakness, I honestly didn't see what I'd call that, maybe a little carefree sometimes and less serious than some others, but again that probably isn't a weakness anymore, good for him to take a game less seriously than some of us did.

❤️ To be perfectly honest, I got screwed out of voting and wasn't able to. I recently moved states and was unable to get a ballot where I currently live because I can't get a local driver's license due to covid. If I got the chance I would have voted for Biden, not because I like Biden but because a walrus would have been better than Trump. Bernie Sanders was my guy. Krystal! My original in game name was Legolas86880. My son's was Legolas12523. It was more of a Lord of the Rings thing than anything. Then you know how nicknames go from there. How have you been? 1. Perfectly honest, we're still married but going through a divorce. We made it 11 years and then some things happened. I'm not here to drag her name through the mud but she made some poor choices and things happen. Also, alcohol can be a terrible thing if you abuse it. 2. Not as many as people would like to think, or make fun of. Maybe 2? Then Kim became IRL. 3. Just Kim. 4. From what I hear he just might be, but then again I think the ones who sit atop the throne you may not even hear about it because that's the best way to roll.

In today's clan world no. Not because of anything other than I don't have the time or energy to do so and I know nothing about fights and would be a hinderance. I've already had them but I feel like if I named a perfect lineup it would hurt someone's feelings that I probably care a lot about. The group I started with was pretty fucking amazing though and that was with Death and shortly after he left. Impossible to answer. We had probably 70 plus people fight in a 24 hour long fight, how do you ever choose 1? Nah, but if I did it would just be to skill and quest, I've no interest in pking at this point. 1. The rivalries. I think that pushed most clans to be their best. Some it pushed to be the very worst. As I mentioned before, Corr and DF were the best they could be and a lot of that had to do with each other. DF learning to survive Corr trying to kill them off and Corr never stopping coming for us brought out the very best in us. 2. No, not once. Once I left for good I never came back. 3. Skilled and quested. He was also in the first clan I was in as well.

I had an advantage not many knew about at the time. Before I got into RS and lead DF, I was a football (soccer) coach for around 15 years or about. I already had a lot of experience leading teenagers to push themselves. It also gave me a lot of experience psychologically and knowing what kids that age were going through, and how to treat them fairly while still keeping everyone in line. Granted 150 people are a lot more than 18, but I also never lead alone and had a ton of great officials to help me every day. Fuck Trump. If you want to know what I think about the actual election process, I think people spoke and came out and voted and the result was what it was. Personally I don't care for either party, the 2 party system is ruining this country, but the election was fair. Actually no. I probably abused it more against DF. Posts that I removed should have been removed, but what most of you don't know is that if a DF member was trolling any topic, they would be told to get off the topic and stop posting or get punished in DF. Even if their posts weren't ones that should be deleted, I held their posting to a different standard. I fully understand anyone else's feelings though, if I deleted a Corr member's post, obviously I had to be biased. I'm sure I would've felt the same way at the time so I don't blame anyone for it, it's more heat of the rivalry things. It depends on how you define accomplishment. To the outside world the greatest accomplishment was attaining #1 and holding it for over a year and a half. Personally it was serving with and getting to know so many people and creating a family like atmosphere. I hadn't really talked to anyone in DF since I left, but coming back to the retired discord showed me how much we all genuinely cared about each other as people. To me that's more of an achievment.

I think I missed answering the second question. I wouldn't call anything a "regret", at the time anything I did was what I, or the leadership team felt was best for the clan. There are always fights I can say we should have called off sooner and allowing ourselves to get into a crash war were things I would do differently. While it was happening, yes it got to me sometimes. I never cared about the "biased mod" spam or some of the other things, but some people got pretty nasty. I still remember someone spamming "your son is dead" in a fight and I still remember that. You learn to ignore it when you need to but at the same time, when we all played RS back then, you invest a lot of time in energy into things so even though you want to say "it's just a game", we all know we treated it as more than that, so yeah I'm not going to lie and said it never got to me. Most of the time it was motivation and we would take it out in game. I remember for awhile us showing up to every VR fight before their fight would start and hit them because they were allowing their members to say a lot of IRL shit about me. It was our way of trying to get some of it to stop, give consequences. Most clans didn't allow it but as you know, VR were cool with it and it was a bit much. The long fights. It burnt people out and we were a part of that which I consider one of the things that hurt the clan world. On one hand you love the dedication but that 24 hour fight was fucking ridiculous.

I respected Rob, but would have never admitted that back then, but he knows that now. I feel he felt the same way mostly. Demonchild had my respect as well. As for the least? I would also say Rob, but only during the period he let the IRL stuff get out of hand. I know Rob was strict and in the beginning he cracked down on it but then the rivalry just got the best of everyone. After all was said and done I know he had to do the best for Corr and I already know how he feels about all of that and I understand it. We all got caught up in it and I was no angel myself. I've been so far from RS and the clan world that I do not know much. What I can say though is the fact that there are still dedicated enough people that are still carrying on the DF name, I have nothing but the utmost respect for them and I support them. I don't know the exact dates of when I was leader but it was maybe 2007 about? Until I retired in 09/10. I think. 2010-2012 DF, I couldn't tell you anything about them because once I retired, I retired. I didn't go on forums or keep in touch with many people at the time. I tried to unretire once and I just didn't have it in me anymore and it wasn't fair to DF to stick around, nor was it fair to stick around so that everyone would compare new leadership to mine. I always like Omni a lot as an official. He loved DF and was dedicated AF. We had a little falling out with me retiring and we fell off around that, but again he did what he had to do to keep DF going and I respect that and him. I have 6 or 7 members from that clan that I still have on FB and keep in some kind of touch with. It was a small clan and we mostly did fun events and some pk's. Not many joined the big clan world but a couple of them did spend time in DF. It was a member of that clan that joined DF first (Siwoods) that recruited me to DF in the first place.

While I'm multiple quoting some of these, this one deserves its own response lol. Hey Rob. I remember you well, conversations we had and the battles. I read your response about me on your AMA and I respect that and no need to apologize. We had some decent, respectful conversations and then we've had some others and I get it, we were both trying to do the best thing for our clan and I think we both did that. I may have outwardly disliked you during those times, but I always had respect for you. My only complaint was what you already addressed and that was allowing the members to take things to IRL, but it's all water under the bridge now and I hold no hard feelings. My drive to get DF to the top was really just due to the members that wanted that top spot. I'd have been just as happy leading a top 50 clan with some great people and stay out of the spotlight but the drive DF members had to continue to improve and get better was the driving force. Before I became ranked in DF what I respected the most was their willingness to fight anyone at any time, even if it meant losing and learning. A lot of top clans at the time would pick safe fights so they wouldn't hurt their rep. Death pushed DF to fight anyone who would, and I respected that. I guess you could also say that a huge driving force was that after leading a clan that was lead by Death240 and Bunty, I didn't want to let that legacy down. I hope you are well mate!

I don't believe I could ever pick just 1, there were far too many for me to choose 1. Some of the old school guys that came up before me, Schol, STOD, Bunty, Carolina4eva, Scotticon, Death240, I could really go on and on, all the way up to the ones I served with and once I retired. Again really hard for me to pick and choose because if I didn't like most of them, I wouldn't have stuck around as long as I did.

There were so many with rivals like Corr, TT, RSD, etc but I have 2 that stand out. The first one was an evening fight against DS. They had been unbeaten in forever and they went out with not a ton of people. We held the upper hand for a good hour or so and then they started gaining numbers and we couldn't hold it. The performance we gave that night though was amazing. The other one was the first DI fight after DS closed. Once DS closed DI basically had claimed the top spot before fighting anyone and we took that personally. Both clans pulled max ops and it was never really close that day. It started before I became DF, so all I really know is what I've been told and read about in the history of both clans. Both clans were friendly for a time and had a falling out and Rob wanted to end DF. I believe it fueled both clans to being the best they could be. What is the most fucked up thing a clan did to you out-of-game? Pretty sure I had a pizza delivered to my house a couple of times but honestly most of the worst things were done in game and personal attacks. I'm good with all of those things now but they didn't belong in a game. At the same time I was a leader of a top clan for a long time and exposed myself to it as well, and I accept that.

Proof: I started playing RS because it was a game my son played and it was something for us to do together while he was at his mom's. As time went by and he stopped playing as much, I joined my first small clan TKC (The Kings of Chaos). After that clan was done I stopped playing RS for a bit. When I returned, my best RS friend Siwoods was in DF and he encouraged me to intro. I intro'd and had to wait to app as it right before DF's war with Rune Raiders and member list was locked in. After that I just became a dedicated member and eventually was recognized and moved into a "Justice" type role (forget what it was called back then), then to Council, High Council and eventually Leader. The rest is pretty much what everyone already knows at least parts of. I haven't played RS since I retired and just now got back in touch with many retired DF on Discord and was instantly harassed by True to do this and warned by others not to but here we are. AMA.
