Personal opinion, i do not watch streams of people playing video games find them kinda boring.

 

I do watch streams of sports and such but thats a different subject.

So usually i only take calls from numbers i know.

 

Got a random call the other day, picked up just because fuck it. Got offered a job turns out i am on my 1st day on a new comercial real estate firm, the biggest one in USA is entering Costa Rica, we will be doing buisness in all of central america and the carribbean, so ita a upgrade from where i was which was residential real estate. In comercial i am getting a salary plus untouched comissions so very happy, very excited.

 

Will still be doing residential real estate during the weekends, thoug i will stop doing  big farms and beach properties and focuse on selling luxury homes and apartments during the weekends.
