I used to hate it but after a couple years, it's become a welcoming social aspect in my life. What do you like about WFH? I don't WFH, but I imagine the freedom and convenience would be pretty nice. I prefer on-site work (right now), but I do believe that people who are fully capable of doing their job remotely without loss of productivity (for you and your employer) should be allowed to do so.
