What do you consider to be the "line" when it comes to NH activity in OSRS? Is it simply out of game stuff or do you feel even certain things within game aren't really appropriate? Maybe even feel some out of game things are acceptable (though I kind of doubt it)?

What do you think of DR? Barring their... interesting relationship with VR.. It's always seemed like Nullusion has been a respectable individual even if he's not perfect, I don't think i've ever really heard anyone have anything bad to say about him, and unless i'm unaware, it seems like DR keep things entirely within the game unlike their allies.

What did you think of the later Arrow seasons? Don't think I even watched the final season, it seemed like things kind of went downhill except the season with Prometheus was decent

We have a working business relationship with basically any clan that we fight. I wouldn't say we are particularly close to any clan outside of a few relationships (ex: Whip, Paul etc.). Maybe PD definitely rises above the rest since a few of us are pretty good friends with @Whip from the RNG days.

 

Apart from skilling to max and probably befriending every woman possible what did you do during your time on Rs3? PvMer at all?

 

@IMK and I also tried deep wilderness pking once and it was hilariously awful.

 

Was there any ex DF or people hanging around from other clans you'd been in on Rs3? 

 

We had a group from BBC playing together, maybe 8 or so regular players. I actually ran into former clanners almost ever other game on that server.

 

What content if any do you enjoy on OSRS besides warring/PvP?

Do you think the promised Jcup is actually coming? They made it sound as if it was coming not long after the clan system, but there's been almost no word on it since that update.

What do you think Jagex can do for the clan world and PvP in general? Do you think there's any wilderness updates that would actually end up being successful and not end up causing some major problems?

 

I think Jagex plans on it, but that's probably as far as they've gotten so far. I think there's a ton of things they could obviously do, but anything that can organically provide wilderness activity from the player base would be an A+. I don't think he general idea of Rev Caves was awful, just the location was aids.

 

Were you ever (willingly or unwillingly) part of any actual scams?

 

This reminded me of "The Corporation." Essentially someone from DF, probably @EmaN or Scorpi fully learned how to manipulate PID on RS in order to get the first hit Rapier staking. We had a small faction of members that would secretly meet south of Castle Wars in World 2 and logged in/out until we all felt comfortable having extremely low PID. Ty for 99 prayer @EmaN.

 

How much would you estimate you spent in irl $ on RS during your DF tenure? I think you mentioned on this thread you'd been buying gp to keep up with P2p reqs and I imagine you may have also spent money/bought gp on clan events/prizes/whatever and probably other stuff - don't have to account for membership.

 

I don't have the slightest clue. Probably 1.5-2k~ all things considered

Nah not at all, DF and DFall didn't really fight in the same bracket on RS2. Without sounding like a douche, I'm sure most people knew which DF I led.

I thought the way he went about it was hilarious. I wouldn't have gone out that way personally, but I'm sure he wouldn't have exited the same way I did DF. I knew Brian would probably quit/retire before I did and I wasn't surprised his exit was a little more cut and dry.

 

I think Olde should have used a different name. Brian will always be the definitive Leader of DI and I think he should have written his own story, no matter how long it would have lasted. It's not my business, but I do think it's weird he's keeping his DI forums open, had his rsn as "Leader of DI" etc.

 

As for him as a Leader, I actually heard good things about him in terms of community and keeping them afloat amidst all the chaos. I thought he was awkward when it came to diplomacy and I'm not sure where his iteration of DI would have been after another year or two.

Before joining Tempest I think you said you were planning to intro to/join Rev or did intro but then just ghosted or something. How do you think things would have gone, other than Tempest probably never happening, had you stuck with Rev? 

I wanted to join CT on an alt and basically never disclose my own identity. I know that's super corny, but I was only interested in participating in fights and then go back to playing games with my own group of friends.

I don't think I would have lasted in Rev long-term. They're obviously a strong clan with their own culture, community, but I'm not super convinced I would fit in or enjoyed some of the longer events they partake in. It's funny though, there were a lot more people separately considering joining Rev that are now part of our Leadership.

Anything out of game should be a no fly zone. I obviously think crashing is obviously crossing the line unless it's for good reason.

Yeah they seem to keep things in in-game, but Nullusion has always been uncomfortably salty and mad towards Tempest since we opened start. We actually use to converse a bit when we were laying the groundwork and then he randomly stopped replying, and per their own official, they were not allowed to fight us per ROT's instruction. I do think it's because some of us actually considered joining DR and a few had left DR and joined Tempest. I'm also fairly certain one of their officials, who I wouldn't let on TS, turned around and said I was recruiting him, after we internally decided we'd never let him join. When I had connected to DR TS this guy was like "DUDE GET ME OUT OF HERE" and our then-staff unanimously voted 👎

 

DR seem to be good at what they're doing, but I do find it hilarious that he has some PK where they hit less than 10 Tempest screwing around in the wilderness in some "Hall of Fame" sub forum. I'm sure we'll end up fighting then again before the end of the year and I look forward to the challenge. They definitely have very strong member quality in P2P.

The last season, as well as Crisis on Infinite Earths, is well worth the watch.

I think FSK were a decent clan in terms of CWA quality. Other than than, I think they were excessively corny and cringe (because of all the crying) and I quite enjoyed hitting all of their PK's after they embargo'd us. They were obviously a decent clan on OSRS, but I'm hard-pressed to really figure out what they really accomplished in the grand scheme of things.

Fluke is a great friend and one of the nicest, more genuine guys we've recruited to Tempest. He's been an A+ addition to the officials team and I know our friendship will exist past Tempest.

 

Fire is such a knucklehead, but he's a loyal member and always brings a funny element to our community. I enjoyed his presence in RNG and even more so here.

 

Matt is someone I'll always get along with and we always find the same shit funny. He's always been such an important piece to every community we've been apart of together. Maybe too many conspiracy theories though. 

 

I obviously love the process of building a clan so members that are always willing to talk about how to improve and ask thought-provoking questions are seriously my favorite. I really enjoy talking clan stuff with you and seeing your POV as a member who wants to win.

 

Jeff is one of the funniest people I know and he's been great to have in our late night unit. Maybe asks to many questions about the games were playing......
