It's just chatbot GPT integrated into bing, because you know OpenAI the creators of chatbot GPT are funded by Microsoft, who you know owns bing. And honestly, there's not a lot to say about it because people are crazy. There's a lot of misinformation out there. People are going to be editing their conversations with it for attention. It's not to say that the ai is flawless, but there's no current way to tell what's real or not when it comes to what people are reporting.
