  1. Basically because I got killed by a clan and then started to look into it on RSB, was in some RSB clan for a while.... I think it was TWT or something? For some weird reason I think Islamia from EH was involved in it, or there was just a similar name I can't shake from my mind. Anyway there were no forums or IRC that I was aware of so It was just a RSB clan and faded out. Not even sure I attended an event, at least I never bothered to list it on my clan history.

Ended up joining Awaken in 2004 as my first "real" clan when I was recruited from Runehq

  2. Hiking in the national parks and taking the boat out… don’t really like autumn as I’m just waiting for winter to ski and stuff.

I always spend little in autumn it feels, so I just use it as a saving month to spend on better weather. At least here hiking is free to do, not even car park fees

  3. Tbf would have been fun to visit the 50s and 60s in the US with all the retro stuff you see on movies

For learning, Romans and Vikings were probably the more interesting. Was never a fan of modern history tbh, so anything after the industrial revolution.  1600s were pretty decent with learning about European expansion and discovering the world.

You probably have the flu. Losing sense of taste/smell is a sign of radiation poisoning. Viruses are created within your body to cleanse toxins and is actually very good for you! (so long as your immune system is good and you dont get killed). You naturally don't eat (fasting/autophagy), your body heats up to kill the toxins (you sweat toxins), and allergies are cleansing your gut microbiome (flem). You'll be fine, just remember the same people selling you poison(vaccines are just heavy metal toxins that make you sick, mercury, aluminum, etc. just look at the ingredients...) are the one who claim they can treat you! Not one single virus has been isolated outside of the human body, because they are dead entities inside the body and only activate when toxicity is too high as a defense mechanism. Look into Germ Theory vs Terrain Theory and validate the claims for yourself though. The Coronavirus has also been described as the common cold since the 1970s btw, just google old research papers. Good luck!

What in the name of retarded did I just read

Guess the tide pod challenge really did have a lasting effect on some

  5. Might have had it in March 2020, friend of mine had a "mild flu" and I was at his for dinner and I had flu symptoms for 2 weeks after. Anyway summer 2020 he did an antibody test and was positive for antibodies and only time he can remember being sick was march... I probably didn't have it, and couldn't be bothered to pay for an antibody test, but makes me wonder.

Anyway, if you're refusing to be vaccinated because you prefer horse dewormer or whatever it is that Americans are doing this week.... Then you only have yourself to blame. Yeah you can still get covid but your chance of serious illness is minimal in comparison. Go get jabbed and if you don't understand how vaccines work then ask your physician

  6. I've not played the game in years but it's been a topic since like 2007...  I honestly don't think there's a solution, there's a flaw in almost every idea.  No idea if anything has changed in 2021, but Pvp players were the minority, it makes no business sense to cater to them.

You make exp rates higher, then people just take nothing of value to skill. If you try to cap it behind something like the red skull BH system then people won't use it if it's expensive risk, and if it's minimal risk like 75k then what's the point.

You put the best PVM loot, but then it'll just break other game mechanics in the long run.

You need to try and make the wilderness fun, but that's a never ending circle to define. Pvp players were always kinda toxic, myself included. You can be doing a clue scroll with nothing on you and someone will just start flaming you as they attack you. I can totally understand looking back why people had no interest in joining in or even trying pvp when their only experience of pvp is some guy killing you for no loot whilst flaming.

I guess Jagex need to try and organise a showcase of some sort for the wilderness - Perhaps something like the Jagex cup in an instance of the real wilderness (e.g where it's the same map, where items are lost); Single, 5 vs 5 single; Uncapped; 30 vs 30 etc. Allow people to spectate, create a stream and what not. Perhaps then if people see what you can do in the wilderness it would encourage a few more to try it out.

I don't think content was ever the answer, I think it's changing perception. But as I said, I'm sure a lot has changed in the last 10 years or so.
