Dude what the fuck are you saying LMFAO Bob Kelso never edated her, but she did used to move him into officials discussion alone with her where I think she attempted several times to get a good look at his Welsh pigstick. Although he denies these accusations and will probably block me for releasing this information. Calling in P2P is very different than F2P. I'm easily distracted and P2P calls for many people talking at once (updating information, calling movements, calling clumps, etc). F2P I was able to have the floor uninterrupted, so I was much better in that environment. Jagex is investigating these accusations as I type this

I'd never want to lead my own clan. At least not alone. I don't think a clan could handle an IMK with unquestioned authority where all of my insane ideas are put into place. But for conversation sake and such a reality did come to be... The first thing I would do is open google & youtube. I'd then start googling and youtube searching random RS clan keywords with generic & corny clan names to see if they've ever been used before (too many people do NOT do this... especially pure clans). I'd probably arrive at something goofy like "Malice" (which was probably also a real clan name at some point, so I'd have to look for something else). As for color scheme, I would probably go with something purple or gold (or both). Too many red & blue clans, and green clans are always destined to die. As for ranks, I'm not really going to name anyone. I always find these sort of things a bit awkward. So I'm just going to name the kind of people I'd like. Give me 2 solid callers who specialize in calling, and officiating as a secondary. Give me one solid official who shines in a leadership role but also happens to be a solid caller as an added benefit. Give me a female to keep the simps interested. Give me an insane worker-type who just loves doing all of the paperwork. And last but definitely not least, give me someone who knows how to code/program. I considered joining Shadow Elves in 2009 instead of Exodus. But I don't think there's a clan I "wish" I joined. Quit your job, divorce your wife, abandon your kids, grab a toxic staff of the dead and meet me at GDZ.

I liked him and hung out with him and the Tubman unit as a whole quite a bit back then. However, I didn't think he had what it took to lead RJ and keep what we had going strong (there was a lot of parts to the machine that made RJ function, and losing half of our core officials would have been impossible to replicate in taking over the clan). I had just left a clan that went spiraling downwards, and I really wasn't in the headspace to do it with RJ. A lot of people agreed with this sentiment as droves of people left around the same time as I did (although I'd say a good half of them or more simply left because Duvasio did). I think it would definitely start a conversation, but I don't think it'd be enough by itself to change everyone's opinion. Play other games instead, as I already do. Shit like GTA, Rust, LoL, etc. Maybe even look into a new MMO entirely, although that'd be a bit of a stretch. Programming/coding. I've caused more chaos with this topic than True did when leaving DF. Too easy

Both yes and no. Yes because I couldn't really fathom a new clan having much longevity, especially one who had intentions to prioritize F2P. But I figured if True was really going to stick his name and reputation on the clan, I didn't think he'd let it burn out in any sort of way that would be too embarrassing. So the likelihood of it being Renegades v2 was sort of slim. When Exodus closed in 2011, we requested Dakota (Leader of Exodus) to give us (the remnants of the Exo community) control of TeamSpeak and Forums so that she didn't have to keep paying for them. She declined and said she didn't mind paying for them and that she'd keep them up. We believed her and went on with our business. About a month later, both TS and Forums were shut down and people became enraged. A lot of very disrespectful and NH things were done in retaliation and while not directly responsible for any of it personally, being there to see some of it happen was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth, even 10 years later.

If you mean Hunny Guest, I'm not aware of you ever having it. That said, the rank has changed functionally many times over the course of OSRS so it's possible you lost it during a time when we were trying to keep it pretty exclusive. I don't know anything about the current Adversity, with the exception of people talking about someone named "yogurt" all the time. As for the Adversity from 2015/2016, I think they were a solid team. The only team brave enough to have a decent amount of VR members and officials and shockingly did pretty alright despite that. I don't know how it is in other clans, but Council has always stood in equal power to Warlord in DF, if not higher. That said, after retiring from RS/DF for awhile, when I came back we were no longer using the Warlord rank (no one stepped up to replace me, so the rank became pointless). An old hag who is going to get beat up irl by @Bolton Squad one day. There are several posts where I've answered this already, I'm sure they're around here somewhere.

VR and DK have always had an interconnected relationship. Even during my time in DK and to this day, so him winding up leader there was inevitable, one way or another. Though I'm not surprised that VR would want to redact such a thing from their history (although this video will always exist to remind them of it). A few people have. I considered it a few times, but ultimately decided against it for a few reasons. - df's lack of interest in f2p (ff heavily relied on the core df members in ff) - failing to upkeep the community connections i had back in 2014-2016 that allowed me to recruit the right people (officials & members alike) - potentially tarnishing what ff accomplished last time with a botched modern version of it

VR - dogshit for the entirety of their time on OSRS. DI - good clan to rival with but could be pretty frail at times (like not fighting us in CWA from December 2015 until they closed in 2017) TR - one of the only clans to fight us during RoT's "embargo". respectable people FSK - a very mediocre clan who thought way too highly of themselves. a lot of great individual people from the clan though. Dfall - if you gathered all of the freaks from high school who spent their days shooting spitballs at people and making "deez nuts" jokes, you'd make dfall. no clan ever left cc as much as them either (altho your sig implies you've embraced that fact) Ronin - bit of an enigma of a clan if i'm being honest. never really had a strong opinion about ronin, they were always just kinda "there" if that makes sense. no dislike but nothing really positive to say either. altho ronin did start fighting us during the later days of the embargo, so while they did originally bend the knee, they at least knew how to get up off it. EoS - never had any issue with any of the EoS iterations on OSRS. some really questionable decisions during their stint in Bearz, but overall a solid clan. definitely a shadow of their pre-EoC selves though. RoT - a clan for people who got bullied growing up and get off on being the "bad guys" on rs. literal cult for people with no sense of individualism.

"Struggles" would imply that there's a lot of effort going into it. Which there isn't. In the words of Mattbrazil himself, DF is a very insulated clan. We keep to ourselves, do our own thing, and it works. We don't really go out of our way to interact with the wider scene as a whole, recruiting being part of that. The way DF operates attracts certain types of people and the amount it does has always been a healthy amount to supplement the clan over the past 2-3 years. While we try to absorb smaller clans/teams like every other clan does, we've always tried to be as selective as possible in the process. I don't think the size of DF really comes into play when considering F2P. At least not for us. Most P2P clans are also much larger than us as well. If we did recruit more and spent time worrying about opts, we'd most likely be filled with more of the P2Pers we have in the clan who aren't too interested in F2P to begin with. Revenant by far. Without sounding too rude, Rev used to simply roleplay as RoT. They acted like them, but never really did anything with it. But in the past year or so, Rev has taken everything RoT was good at, and now does it better. I personally don't believe AF ever did much to RoT. They acted as solid bodies to aid in the days when Rev and other clans was still perfecting their tactics against RoT, but now that they've got everything down, AF is just a confused P2P clan who only cares about F2P(?) and fighting in P2P wildy for 20 minutes and ending.

DI. It'd be nice to rival with another clan again that wouldn't avoid us (completely) and wouldn't take things out of game (to an extent). A few of them. My favorite was Homedawg's because he was too slow in the head to realize why some of his posts were angering people to the point of being camped at several Tempest events. Nah, never. Doesn't matter how upset I could get, spying on a clan is the character trait of a literal degenerate. You have to be a real freakazoid to actually spend time of out of your life in a clan with the intention of spying. There has been no other time where leaving DF was ever a consideration.

As an individual, I like every form of RSB (except maybe 5v5s, that's a little too sweaty for me). But as an official, 10v10s can be quite stressful as you're spending so much time, effort, and resources on such low opts fights. If I were doing said 10v10s with a team or something I would enjoy them far more. But while in a clan where I have to neglect 60 other people while doing them, I'm not a fan. Individual: 8/10 Official: 4/10 Appreciate it. As someone who hasn't had the best track record with old DF, I've always appreciated everything you've ever done. In early to mid 2020, VR was easily in the worst state they've ever been in. You can what I mean here (just 8 months ago lol). VR approached us to garner interest in what we thought about a merge with them. VR tried to merge back in 2017/2018 with DK, however, this video shows how awful that went. So it was kind of funny to see them trying to merge with someone again. But to be completely transparent, it wasn't as if DF was so amazing that they wanted to be in DF. VR just wanted to survive. Which is why they even told us that we were one of 3 clans they were considering (the other two being AC (clan they beef with now as well), and Jaja (a clan that closed)). It "fell" through because we just laughed at it. It was never taken serious and was instead put in our back pocket as a weapon of ammunition for the time we'd need to openly talk about it (guess it didn't take long).

Solace. Aside from their ridiculous snipe unit of sweaty nerds who DGed & FoG'd 24/7, I never found them to be as impressive as other people made them out to be. He had knowledge of a DF official being ddosed and who by and didn't inform us about it. The evidence was an inside man within their friend circle that gave us what we needed to know. Toweley is some hick American who pretends to be an e-thug. He was DF for a few months and during a time when AF was desperate to poach our members, the one guy they managed to get was him. AF Kyle legit poached the one guy in DF who was spying for RoT and got him and his entire clan embarrassed. Talk about getting an easy spy into a clan when they're being invited by the leader himself. Anyway, he eventually got caught and tried to rejoin DF swearing he never spied on DF or AF and I basically told him straight up I'd make his time on RS miserable if I found out otherwise. The next day he intro'd to RoT. Have a listen if you'd like:

I can't possibly imagine myself being in any of those clans. Especially the first 3. They were trying to get main clanners involved in their community after Zybez shut down (seizing the opportunity etc) and reached out to me and a few other known individuals to take part in their expansion. I liked the idea and hopped on board. I can't say we've accomplished much, but I do enjoy trying and helping out and at least attempting to help the scene. Sadly the only thing I really deal with is banning the cringe losers who don't know how to flame people without dropping doxes or bringing up dead people. Definitely EoS town. There was something magical about our lack of knowledge and the chaos involved. Probably a three-way tie between the great Aika Online adventure of 2011, Killing Floor in 2014/2015, and Rust earlier this year.

We fight quite often. Just not in F2P. He would have blown his brains out trying to learn P2P to the level of which we've gone to. I can't imagine a possible universe where he remained DF.

Rene used to be just a nice, quiet council that did a lot of the behind the scenes work. But when the clan needed him to step up, he did so in spectacular fashion. He's unparalleled as a rank and honestly one of if not the most reliable person I've ever worked with. No clan deserves him. As a person, he's incredibly nice but also very goofy and kind of a doofus. But you can't help but love the dude. I don't think I could. Clans like WG, and many clans like it, are plagued by the very legacy that makes them great. It's hard to push a clan with so much history behind it in the way you want it to. Probably one night many years ago we were in TS just me & him at like 4 or 5 AM EST and we were watching American Psycho. There was another guy in the channel but his mic was muted and had a very long idle time. After the movie was over, we were talking about it and the guy in the channel randomly changed his name to one of the movie characters. It was just so random and we both freaked the fuck out. Oh you sweet summer child...

Kind of hard to compare. I obviously preferred the community of 2016 as there were more of my own people to relate with on things outside of RS, but if we're talking about the actual communities without my own preference involved... I'd say our current community is far stronger now and tight knit than I've probably ever seen it.

Even in an apocalyptic future where I'd end up in Tempest, I'd never ask anyone to do the same. I've done enough of leaving clans out of spite and trying to hurt them even more on the way out by taking as many people as I could with me.

Ekstra is the type of official every clan needs, but no one ever truly appreciates. He does the stuff that kind of needs to be done but no one else really wants to do it. Whether out of shame or otherwise. Manjep brings an unshakeable sense of calm that a rank team, especially one as old as ours, requires. He's a voice of reason when the rest of us have lost ourselves to pride or emotion. He's also a very likeable guy so he's a great community presence to have. Alex is definitely an acquired taste and unless you aren't even remotely serious as a person (aka you're just a goofy fuck) you won't like him at all. But he's the kind of guy that when placed in a role of responsibility, he'll definitely shine and do what needs to be done. Rob is a big community guy and has come a long way with calling. Members like him a lot which is always a positive for a rank.

Comes down to two types of warrers: the casual, average warrer, and the diehard insane hardcore member every clan depends on (especially in long fights etc). And from my experience, the average North American is far more capable than the average European. However, the top 0.1% of Euros definitely eclipse the top 0.1% of North Americans.
