    Downfall vs Ronin - The Documentary

    Few things to say on the topic (I'm not watching the vid):

     

    1. Downfall were dogshit and somehow convinced themselves they were as good as top clans. They definitely weren't, they were just barely good enough at midsize. 

    2. Downfall resorted to ddosing and mass sniping for hours on end when it looked like things weren't going their way (nearly always) and they deserved everything they got in retaliation and then some.

    3. Anyone quoting me to defend them and flame Ronin assume I think you're a retard and my response flames were witty and heartbreaking in equal measure, however I won't actually be replying to you due to the aforementioned retardation you suffer from.

    4. Ronin never closed, always had fun and were full of great people. You won't convince me otherwise. 

     

    I'll be watching for any notifications and smiling that you wasted your time quoting me.

    One of the best things to come out of all our AMAs are some hilarious/interesting stories that have never seen the light of day. I reckon you fellas should share some dumb shit that's happened in your clans over the years to entertain us all. Here's one I posted a couple of years ago:

    Depends on how you look at The Wilderness and the wider game/community. I think the Wilderness is exactly the same as any other region of the game. It should be filled with things to do like anywhere else. Things like quests, clue scrolls, bosses, minigames and lore. Having PvP enabled there just increases the danger which in turn should increase the profitability and rewards that come from that region of the game. The wildy foodchain isn't a difficult concept and the boss rework has yet again shown that it works. Solo players or small groups kill the bosses, other teams hunt those people, bigger teams come along to hunt both of them and even bigger groups, like Tempest, hunt everyone. That's how it should be and this concept needs to be behind every update that happens there.

     

    Players who think the game should be completely safe/learnable with practice or that the game should be played solo are anti social, anxiety riddled losers who need to grow a pair of balls and get off this game.

    I wouldn't hold your breath on anything coming to the wilderness for a long time after this one. They have a history of implenting something and then ignoring it for a long time. I hope I'm wrong though.
