It's actually so easy for them to do something about it, but they don't want to hurt their online numbers either when they're trying to sell the company. The economy needs bots in a way to do all the low level stuff no one is interested in doing like cutting low level trees etc but they could just stock the GE with those instead of letting bots do it.
