US has the largest military by a massive margin and has 400 million guns within regular population. China's army have been syphoning rocket fuel for the troops to cook food with they are soo underfunded due to corruption. Is there really anyone else? They may also go for Yemen to get rid of one of Iran's allies. They won't take on China over in that area yet... with the Taiwan issue.
