Kiwi 17 Posted December 1, 2020 Share Posted December 1, 2020 (edited) When I was young, I couldn't eat steak without A1, but when I got older and started cooking at a restaurant, I realized it's cause my parents would just cook the kids steaks to well done and it had absolutely no taste so I needed it to add taste. Now I love a good Med Rare steak smothered in Onions and Green Peppers with sides of Mash Potatoes and Gravy and either Asparagus or Brussel Sprouts made in red wine vinegar with some seasonings and chopped bacon. Don't need the A1 anymore. Wow I might need to go to the store, I know what I want for dinner tonight.
