It comes with all kinds of cool features and tracks multiple metrics like your vitals, burned kcals,... primarily for sport activities. Trying to get back into a fit state cause Covid + my wrist injury kinda did a number on my body composition and condition. I am going to start running more often and maybe join a colleague in the half-marathon in October next year (assuming covid doesn't cancel it). The watch has built in schedules to build up to 21k runs so should be a fun toy to play with ?
