I'd make food at 4:10, it'd get busy and it'd sit out until I had a chance to eat it at midnight, and I ate the shit out of that once hot cold food. Or when it's 11:30, you've been working since 4pm at the bar and it's either you order delivery from papa johns 15 mins before close or you get Dominos right before they close and it's the same dam SHIT" but if you don't you'll be lit straving all night during the real rush and while your closing for 2-3 hours cause you got smashed at work.
