Lately I’ve been listening to calming music (nature sound, ocean noises, etc) to help with that and it works. I also know a lot of people listen to ASMR for this kind of stuff as well. - Do you listen to music/sounds to go to sleep? - If yes, what kinda of music/sounds? - Do you like listening to ASMR?
