ok here goes another high quality topic inspired by @true's topic about swimming

ps: I am aware that opinions differ on the utilization of forced likert scales without neutral options, however I felt that a 4 point likert scale is the most suitable for the purpose of exploring the depth of a topic like this with such high discussion value and variety in survey subjects.

thanks everyone in advance for your insights!

I walk like 10 miles a day I think I can walk very well

interesting, would you say your ability to walk has changed in any way throughout the process or has it remained the same? can you give some insight on your sensemaking/reflection process on the activity? which role did your social environment play?

Absolutely, I think that walking and being able to move freely are the cornerstone of society as a whole. It can even be argued that we need MORE walking. Crazy stuff Daniela.

interesting, i like that you brought up the word "free" in the context of walking. would you say people walking together in an organized manner can contribute to the creation of free/safe spaces in line with social movement theory?

pun intended of course

My walking ability has definitely improved. I hate walking but it is a necessity unfortunately due to the nature of my work. Sometimes I wish my walking ability did not exist and I was stuck in a wheelchair like dickus
