Breakfast: CLIF bar

Snack 1: some raspberries, some chocolate chips

Snack 2: banana

Snack 3: peanut butter with a spoon

Lunch: Apple, peanut butter sandwich

Dinner: planning on making veggie fajitas

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs dashed with pepper on white granary toast.

Snack: Caramelised onion and cheddar cheese quiche 

Lunch: Warm ciabatta roll lined with salted butter, filled with roast chicken, cucumber and sun dried tomatoes

Dinner: Mediterranean chicken thighs cooked in a bed of lightly seasoned vegetables, roast potatoes and white truffle oil
