I've never been there and there is a certain risk the following is a misjudment, but facts I know is that the most portuguese osrs scammers live there, Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is one of the hardest for the airplanes to land on and back when I was a collections manager, Madeira's debts were much much harder to collect than anywhere else in the country.
