  1. If there is nothing to do during this pandemic, you might as well do this!
  2. full seaman is time draining but at least you won't have to do that ever again
  3. This but I am going to expand a bit on this. The end goal reminds me of how much I may have wanted to do such activity or even short term things. I remind myself why I had interest in the first place. Whenever its money or happiness, I sometimes re-evaluate and take a step back. It also helps me to after when I accomplish such goal, I can take it in instead of going onto the next one immediately. I find that a lot of people don't take in their successes and appreciate them enough.
  4. For me, I have always been interested in the idea since I hit 20(I'm now 24.) I took this global warming class last semester and I didn't realize how much livestock had affected greenhouse gases. Cows equate to how much a car gives out. Other than that, in the videos they showed in the class, they show far society has gone to preserve these livestocks by feeding them a bunch of shit that doesn't make sense such as corn. Antibiotics and other things that are banned in other countries are allowed in our food in America. (Lot of processed foods can led to cancer and other bullshit.) Although, that has always been a fact, things started to make more sense for me when I saw it visually. Health wise, eating a balanced diet of healthy things helps me not be sluggish or sad. Whenever I did bounce back to junky foods, my mind got a bit foggy. I have a lot of family members who have fatty livers+ due to their unhealthy diets & drinking. I am most likely more prone to getting a fatty liver due to generational bs. In terms of being a vegetarian for other people who may read this, you don't always have to eat greens but you can go into different products like fruit/nuts/oats and overall just experiment with food. There are even replacement foods such as "Just Egg" that are made from Mung Egg. Which you can also make from home and it won't be processed. I know that they are other products available in other places but I can't put my finger on it. It really helps is watchin youtube videos on people who are in the lifestyle too.

  8. That is funny. My chiropractor never touched my head during the treatment. The "craziest" thing he ever did was get ontop of me and crack my body in that way. He had me put my arms in a cross and just pushed on it. Whenever I see the chiropractors on Instagram, they kinda sketch me out.
  9. I felt really good going to one that is highly reputable in my area. Even after not going, my body is not in the same state of pain it was before. (I couldn't finish my treatment.) I reckon if I did, I probably wouldn't be in any pain.
  10. I have been to the chiropractor but I wouldn't feel comfortable with them doing that off the bat.
  11. Decided in December to go vegetarian. So, my lifestyle is going be different in that area! Other than that, I hope to try out new things that I was afraid of doing before ?
