Use it a bit for work since it's really good at quickly researching specific scenarios compared to just straight up googling them. I still have to double check everything it digs up because it does have the propensity to sometimes outright lie or create misinformation but I usually still save some time in the long run. My jobs not really in danger though because the research is only a smart portion of it. I do think a lot of white collar jobs are going to get downsized heavily. The tech isn't perfect but it doesn't need to be when the outputs are quick enough especially when it gets a bit of fine tuning for specific fields. What's really crazy though is the people that use it for everything and how much data they're inputting into it. There's huge leak potential right there.
