What do/did you think of junior clans? Shadows was DI's attempt at one but it seemed like it wasn't very long-lived or successful. Other clans like 'The' with their Futures program seemed relatively successful.

The #1 change that would benefit this game more than any other would be to get rid of the polling system. It was novel at first, but now it's actively detrimental to OSRS. It's obvious that the Old School team prefers working on limited-time gamemodes more than the main game, because they don't need to ask for permission to create new stuff. They don't need to answer to anybody or explain themselves and every move they want to make. They are free to DEVELOP and do the job they all signed up to do. Some day they will realize that the poll system needs to go; hopefully they don't poll it.

I've just seen this photo for the first time. What do you think of it? You played Classic at a higher level than I ever did. If my memory serves, there were no better catchers than Adx1 and Sue Me, and I think dkm was pretty good too. Did these guys ever transition to RS2 that you know of (besides dkm)? Would they have been as good without RSC's combat system?

Jagex's priorities are all kinds of fucked. They have a long-running history of being completely incompetent, and the only reason the company is doing as well as it is, is because of boomer nostalgia.

How does the leadership team in Tempest function vs how the one in DI did? I see at least 12 members that per title/position on the memberlist could be considered leadership, which to me in my limited experience would constitute rank heavy. Does each role/person have a job?
