≈Vanuckle 2,132 Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 Tempest vs Bandits Due to our busy PVP schedule last week, Tempest couldn't fit in our Tournament 20 v 20 against Bandits. Luckily, we had a bye this week, and were able to squeeze them in Thursday evening. As usual, it was three rounds of 20 v 20 knockout fights with no overheads. The rosters were set with Tempy pulling a nice 28 so we had the luxury of dropping down. Special shoutout to those who came and dropped! R1: Some great early tanks & a few big KO's allowed us to gain a slender lead which we eventually capitalized on and grew to a victory. R2: This round was characterized by excellent tanks on both sides but eventually we got back to back 1-hits while the fight was even and that allowed us to pull out the victory. R3: We perfected the few mistakes we made in R1 & R2 and put forward a smashing performance in the final round, hitting the 3-0 in the tournament style fights. R4: Round 4 was a classic CWRI with 20 v 20 no overheads, and it was an opportunity for us to mix in some of the seamen we had sit in the tournament style fights. We allowed Fluke and Pete Noob to call in this round and they put us in a position to win with their array of skills. It was a lot of fun today, shoutout to everyone for keeping it serious when it mattered, but light and hilarious on TS pre fight / between rounds / post fight. Another win for Tempy!
