Newest Clanworld Alliance: ROT + VR + DR (New Leaks)

More interesting drama on Runescape.com this week...

 

Historic rivals Violent Resolution (and their pals over at Deathrow) and Reign of Terror have just signed off on the latest slave alliance contract. Details were a bit hazy at first but over time more and more information has been revealed and with the latest leaks, the true nature of the relationship is being exposed.

 

Historical Look

The VR / ROT beef goes back all the way to pre-eoc, where officials butted heads and crash wars took place in a vicious show of force. VR went on to openly DDOS RoT, and in return, RoT leaked all of VR's private and leadership chats; logs that still exist today if you look hard enough. Things got ugly and turned out of game with doxes being slung back and forth as both clans hit below the belt in order to take one another down.

 

Recent History

The RoT / VR beef continued on to modern times, and even in through the spring and summer of 2021, it was common to see VR officials picking fights with RoT on their own forums, publicly bashing them and in particular, pointing out the slave-like nature of the relationship between SV and ROT.

 

 

 

The discussions weren't exclusive to SV, however. It was clear much resentment was still fostered towards RoT from many of the loyal members of VR.

 

 

You can even hear it in their voices, with some VR officials (Hex) referring to ROT as retards while they battled them during the summer... 

 

 

 

 

This was echoed by none other than VR's fearless and highly specialized chief of foreign affairs, Sparze. Well respected for his intelligence, he had insightful posts like these on VR forums just this summer.

 

Current Events

Despite these sentiments, we can confirm that an agreement has been signed by all parties involved. As part of the package deal in the DR + VR alliance with ROT, Officer Sparze was mandated to join Zenith (another minion in the local slave alliance).

 

In exchange for Sparze joining Zenith, and VR+DR coordinating all PKs / crash attempts / intel with ROT, ROT kindly unlocked the accounts of several VR members.

 

 Here are the latest leaks with Officer Sparze working to make some friends in his new clan's private chat.

It gets better; last night we caught them as one big happy family in a shared CC... Oops.. 

 

 

 

Asking The Right Questions

Just a few months ago, asking DF how their members would like the 'turn of events' of them joining RoT alliance...

 

Can't speak to that. But at least one top VR member is asking the right questions

 

 

Who knows, but something tells me it can't be fun when you can't even kill 1 member from the F2P clan you're trying to crash...

Poor VR, trapped in an alliance with a clan they despise, but there's no where else for them to go. The rest of the clan world despises them and they're far too weak to do anything on their own at this point. DR isn't enough, since even DF can handle their fragile attempt at a tag team.

I wonder what happens more often, Sparze messaging rot officials asking permission to lead VR trips or them ignoring his messages when he highlights them asking for them to come help? I know if I was RoT I wouldn't come help either lmfao
