@Brian 2,802 Posted March 15, 2022 Share Posted March 15, 2022 With the new Jagex Launcher that was released yesterday you can log into RS with google login, thus setting up one click login and getting around login spam. While this is nice, it's still not as good as having Runelite. With a simple change to the launcher, you can now one click login with Runelite: IMPORTANT: UNINSTALL VANILLA CLIENT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT INSTALLED: Pre req: Link your RS account to google: Jagex Launcher Download: https://www.jagex.com/en-GB/launcher Steps: 1. Install Jagex Launcher (obviously) and set up your account with google login at this screen: 2. Install OSRS and log into the game. Once done, log out and close the launcher 3. Go into this folder: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\RuneLite and copy everything from inside this folder. 4. Paste everything from that folder into the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Jagex Launcher\Games\Old School RuneScape\bin 5. If it asks to replace any files, pick yes 6. In that folder, delete "JagexLauncher.exe" and change RuneLite.exe -> "JagexLauncher.exe" 7. Reopen the launcher from desktop shortcut and when you pick to "Play" RS it'll now open Runelite instead of the vanilla client 3 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
