Do you think a country 300-400 years more knowledge than a ancient country like +1000 years? Not knowledge just to produce new things but to think from others perspectives. Yes, That's hard to precise, but every historian, every book has your own perspective and your own reality, a sea of uncertainty in Human Sciences (History) but there is an approximation.
