Tempest vs Royalty | 45 Mins Untouched Before Clearing 1-item Rev + DF + BC + FS + More

With King Quintz and the boys over at Royalty finalizing the details up a rather large merge recently with the Chocolate Milk Gang team, they were looking to test the togetherness of their new team by battling the undisputed #1 clan in OSRS, Tempest. Huge respect for stepping up once again to battle a clan with much more experience.

 

 

We spent a few days prepping and walked into the wildereness with 43, later peaking at 50 screaming seamen to battle new and improved Royalty. We ended up having to drop about 20 people to match numbers, so ty to all that dropped. We had more than enough to keep the battle squeaky clean, but to our surprise, even after fighting for close to 45 minutes, the fight remained untouched. 

 

I guess in hindsight, it was to be expected after we absolutely battered Rev+DF+BC last sunday as their 3-clan alliance desperately tried to do anything they could to keep numbers ingame (despite returning in 1-item) on Primetime Sunday. They did NOT want to experience that ignominy two weekends in a row and so decided not to show up.

 

We continued to fight Royalty, who we noticed have improved considerably in quality, so props to them for turning up. It's always going to be a challenge facing off against a clan like us but at least they aren't afraid to do it!

 

After 45+ minutes of clean OSRS F2P warfare, Fearless showed up to rag our opponents. We stopped the battle to help them out and noticed that a few Rev+DF members were trickling in (sneaky guys). We caught them and started clearing them out before they called their mates at ROT to give them some assistance. Before long, it was ROT & their allies (Rev+DF+BC+FS) all teaming together to target us and having fought for over an hour, we took off knowing that these clans have no choice but to work together to take down the mighty Tempest!
