Flytan 37
Ok, who ever is the person setting off fireworks atm. go kys or smth. They are not even fireworks just sounds like small bombs going off here. It's been communicated a lot here - can we not do fireworks ourself this year. - Plenty of Ukraine refugees in area with possible PTSD and so. Robin 370
Pointless terrible tings. Good at shows but put in the hands of stupid people and stupid things happen. Plus just the general environment they create can be traumatic for people and animals. Shouldn't be on sale to the public imo. Daniela 777
dont mind the official ones altho i dont get why theyre necessary. individuals setting off explosives with the aim to make as much noise as possible are annoying tho like if ur life depends on setting off explosives for excitement/sense of thrill and adventure then ure boring as fuck and have no reason to celebrate 1 Quote ROT MotM April 2011 ROT Official 2011-2016

Adam_ 1,031
Don't mind them personally, also wouldn't mind if they didn't happen I know one largely unfortunate thing is they scare the crap out of animals and I think not everyone realizes that, i've even heard of animals supposedly having panic/heart attacks but unsure how true that is. VirgoVaca 581
honestly an official show is probably ok in my book is proper precautions are made not to harm wildlife. part of me views this as an industry that is just a waste of resources that could be put to better use. i also think that any firework that can seriously injure somebody shouldn’t be sold to the public (bottle rockets, firecrackers, etc. are ok).
