Ruinous Prayers

They're gonna be on the beta worlds next week, but there's already a list of what to expect on the wiki:

Vindication	Heals the player by 15% of their base Prayer level if they fall below 10% health, draining their prayer points fully and dealing +10% damage for the next attack (the damage bonus is only applied for 6 seconds before wearing off)	Overhead
Wrath	Upon death, deals damage up to 25% of the player's base Prayer level to targets in a 5x5 radius	Overhead
Ruinous Smite	Reduces the user's and opponent's prayer points by 33% of damage dealt	Overhead
Ruinous Grace	Drains prayer points instead of run energy, with drain rate being modified by prayer bonus (unaffected by stamina potion)	Utility
Rejuvenation	Increases the natural hitpoint regeneration rate to 1 hitpoint every ~20 seconds.	Utility
Metabolise	25 ticks (15 seconds) after activation, allows players to attack 1 tick earlier after eating a piece of food	Utility
Berserker	Boosted combat stats last 50% longer	Utility

Majority of it is really niche, but there's some solid stuff there. I'm assuming since regular protection prayers only block 40% in pvp that the osrs versions of the deflects should only block 30%?

Decimate, Annihilate, and Vaporise are upgrades to Piety, Augury and Rigour, but without any defense bonuses. Along with Umbra's Vow which looks like it consistently drains defense fights should speed up a lot. Not sure if Gambit or Ruinous Smite would be better in a fight. With the higher damage you'd probably run through supplies faster, meaning you could afford to smite yourself just to smite someone else sometimes. Ruinous will definitely be better for trips if it's not nerfed before release.

Fumus and Glacies have solid effects but the numbers on them are way too low. Cruor's is x2 as strong as soul split but it only has a 10% chance of activating. Could be worth flicking.

I can see myself using Gambit in Raids (ToA/ToB/CoX) since I'm not really good with F keys or fast prayer switching/flicking

While bossing like Corporeal Beast or Bandos/Zamorak GWD, I can also see myself using

Umbra's Vow + Cruor's Vow + Decimate
