In my opinion F2P is boring as shit. An hour is probably my limit just because it's so repetitive and there's no way in telling who's winning in F2P wild. I've found cwa to be more enjoyable than the wilderness just because there's an actual score. Only reason I came back to F2P is for the Jcup and maybe only for the jcup.. I enjoy P2P singles fights and occasional multi ones depending on how clean the fight is. It takes more skill to actually switch prayers, wear p necks, and actually combo eat (ontop of making sure you don't get smited). Compared to F2P all you do is toss up prayer and run away eating anchovy pizzas. Even a bot could do this. Nevertheless, I do miss crashing planned fights for lools and loot (probably bc of all those nh clans i've been in).
