I've been an addicted to the point it affected my hunger which is a huge problem since I'm pretty athletic and I'm always burning calories like hell. Also biting my nails whenever I'm very anxious is a thing I'm unable to get over. Not sure if this is a habit but I struggle with never finishing what I started, specially in the long run.
