I used to drink half a can with preworkout before a big gym session when I didn’t care about my heart health ☠️ now I just have coffee on rest days where I don’t take preworkout! I tend to go for the offbeat flavors instead of the traditional 'original' to see what I like and don't like. The fruit/berry flavors are usually my go-to if I ever grab one from a store.
