Foods you love vs foods you hate

Anything sugary for the most part, vs anything vegetable. 


I'm about to hate myself because I'm going to start drinking a couple of vege+protein powder mixes daily and start cutting out the sweets. Also I will likely turn into a skeleton since sugary foods are the only thing keeping me even close to a healthy weight.

There's a lot of food I hate. I spent 2 years as a captive in Peru (I was on a journey looking for my father who abandoned me when I was 9), locked in various cages for long periods of time. So I had to eat whatever I could get my hands on. A lot of the time, that was rats and other small pests. Sometimes I would cut myself and consume my own blood which would make me sick and I'd pass out, which honestly helped a lot.
