I grew up with two sisters so it was engrained in me pretty early on to put the seat down after having a piss it's automatic I don't really think about it. Drives me fucking nuts when we have guests round and they piss on the seat. Public toilets that are cubicle only are a wildcard. I've spent most of my life in countries that use squat toilets so I'm not MASSIVELY used to "normal" cistern based cubicles in public toilets, but I do not trust most of them lol.
