It is called Jebscape and is a plug in that allows you to see people on other servers or worlds appear as a ghost next to your character. Basically, you install a plug-in called Jebscape and everyone who has it installed can see each other + chat with each other across different RS worlds if in same location. The characters appear as green ghost/avatar with name + world above their head. All info including IP + character name + account hash gets sent to jebrim server. Example: Here are the PVP implications: Excellent for scouting. It comes at the cost of Jebrim getting all your personal details: This product cost Jebrim an arm and a leg to create (6k invested so far): So far there hasn't been a lot of interest as only 90 installs: Not a great return on investment but we will see as more and more figure out the implications of its use.
