i get this attitude completely. I honestly dont really regret my decisions bc it was what i wanted at the time, but I can say for certainty that I missed out on many things.

oh fkn tell me about it.. especially clans like Vendetta @BV1 and True Supremacy... pretty sure you wasted some of your rs career in those clans as well!

what clan did you join or remain in instead?

Hindsight always being 20/20, its easy to say you wish you did some things differently. For me, I was a maxed ranged tank (99 range, def, hp, 70 prayer) in probably 2006 or 7. At 105 (109 if I got 95 prayer) combat I reached my peak. Being a lowered leveled player, my clanning options were limited. I was always lingering around in the lower-tiered clans during the prime clanning years. What I really regret is not training up my melee stats and joining a bigger clan with competent players. I missed out on many big fights (which I loved) and clanning experiences! Eventually I joined exodus in 08 or 09 bc their combat requirements were so low (only 105). Probably a few months after joining I trained up my melee stats just to be a sniper. Never looked back. Another regret was allowing half of exodus have my rs account info.. so whenever someone quit or got kicked from the clan (somehow I never learned my lesson).. I knew I would be getting another torso/fire cape etc.! haha What are some of your biggest regrets during your RS career?

why not redwoods? or even wintertodt? I think one is better exp and cheaper and the other is less click intensive with almost the same exp with rewards.

there are bonds... but thats kinda true what you said, and i think scamming definitely adds to the toxicity of the arena and the offputting aura of the arena. I personally love the arena but I rarely use it. Kinda fun to go in and chuck 3-5% of my bank and just hope for the best.

runescape has great odds, being near 50%. I'm sure that person would have found himself in a similar situation had he gone to a casino. im not advocating for the duel arena, i think it was mismanaged. but im also saying i think certain people are destined for certain things.

i think this is the best take. i agree, they're putting out more dead content. it would be easy to prevent scamming from duel arena. the current layout was a step in the right direction but i always wished they would have set up rooms for whip only no food or boxing only no food etc. kinda how barb assault has 10 different rooms. that would prevent any possible scamming.

id be fine if they just removed group ironmen entirely.
