You're having a shitty day, need to let loose, etc.

What do you turn to?

for me it's exercise, specifically heavy bag work (boxing) or doing a medicine ball workout

burpees also work in a pinch

When I have stress at work I've learned to ask someone for help. No matter what the issue is. Just someone to talk to is usually is enough to not implode.

Physical exercise is always great especially after a day of work

Meditating / Breathing exercises during the day also helps to keep the rage away. Simply by focusing on my breathing helps. There's a monk Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche who talks about keeping the monkey mind busy with simple jobs such as having it focus on breathing. The more you interact and argue with your (monkey) mind the more stress you'll get. So you don't argue but focus on your breath and continue with your day. I really like this technique.

Depends on how much it is affecting me. If I’m getting stressed at work, I usually try to listen to relaxing music, nature sounds, etc. I mainly take out my stress and frustration at the gym. Sometimes I do talk about it with people, but that just gets me fired up lol.
