For every household, the average amount of doors is 19,

In every household, there are probably around 2-3 cars and a bicycle which add up to 9 wheels if there are two cars owned by your household, and 13 if there are three cars owned by your household.

Apart from households you have buildings, which also contain doors, which only add up further to the amount of doors in this world;

The only exceptions where there would be more wheels than doors is at a junkyard or an actual car showroom, which there are much more general buildings than car showrooms and junkyards

There are therefore more doors than wheels

So many things could count as wheels and the same goes for doors. So it's difficult to narrow down.

If I had to choose then I'd say wheels just based on how many different things can have wheels on/in them.
