Gauging interest on a bowl pick em Tempest group. Would be through ESPN and I usually do confidence picks instead of just straight up (makes it more difficult to have ties). Probably do like a 10m buy in, although I'd be fine without a buy in too. I'll set it up if we get at least 10 people interested.

You have to be careful not to burn bridges, but that can work in certain situations. I'd also say, just from experience, looking for a new job is exhausting (like a whole separate job itself) and not something I want to do too often.
