What should Jgex do? What should we do as a clan to help things become better? How can we attract new blood that is trustworthy and just not keep recruiting dinasaurs like me.. Sadly the facts are the crowd on OSRS nowadays has zero interest in PvP. Literally none. Jagex will never introduce any kind of decent rewarding content due to that. So in my eyes until the playerbase mentality shifts away from sweaty, lame, dorky, tick manipulation, anti social, loser shit that they've been on the clan world will continue to shrink. A lot of the playerbase will fight you over introducing even QoL. Would love to have content like resting or more powerful gear in f2p, but some random casual will start screeching about how we're turning the game into eoc over it. Even then, all Jagex can really do is provide us with content. Host a Jcup again. Won't stop people from refusing to fight, trying to starve each other out of action and ragging each other. PvP Scene need at least one PvP focus updates if possible in every Season (Winter/Spring/Summer/Autumn) What should Jagex do? The Weekly or monthly Wilderness Purge. Where a single World from each region (US/UK/GER/AUS) From level 1 to Level 48 Wilderness is a Multi combat Zone excluding Singles+ zone remains singles from 6PM GMT to 6AM GMT. Anything Above Level 48 Wilderness is Singles+ Zone The longer you stay in the wilderness during this 12 hours. The more points you collect and points you collect for maybe BH points swap or some other PvP Transmogs (maybe PvP armour Transmog idk) During The Weekly Wilderness Purge. You are always Skulled and must always carry combined worn gear minimum worth of 100k (exclude inventory risk) and it must be worn to be able to start collecting points passively. If you get a kill you or if you're in a battle hitting damage and gaining combat exp. your points rate increased and you get points per kills. Holiday and Cosmetic items like flowers that gives -att bonus cannot be worn during this time to avoid people camp punching for points. The Only Safezone during the Purge is Edgeville Bank / Ferox Enclaves and Mage Arena Bank. You do not gain points while in safe zone. What should we do as a clan to help things become better? Make the WIlderness a better place for PvMers, PvPers and Skillers alike in every updates. Should always suggest ideas to Jagex and maybe share ideas in Reddit to get upvotes from people. It's a hassle but yea its what we had to do to make things better. How can we attract new blood that is trustworthy and just not keep recruiting dinasaurs like me.. Majority of runescapers enjoy leveling, collecting in game items, and building their bank to the sky. Anything PvP related effects all 3 of those things. Not to mention with how "efficient" warring is today it can get boring and repetitive rather quickly for most people. 2. The competition and drive for clans just isn't there and won't be there again(I think). It's impossible to make it what it once was unless you could suddenly turn the clock back nearly 20 years. People don't play RS for PvP anymore, because realistically to new players its pretty shit. There's really no new players coming into the game except for the OGs and why would anyone want to start playing RuneScape in general, out of all the games out there.
