Yes in college i had a bad low back/hip for a little. Went to a chiro that he did all that stuff + the neck and upper back cracking stuff as well for some reason.

 

Low back pain went away 2 weeks later but i couldn't tell if it was from the treatment or just simply  rest. My neck and upper back felt nice for like a few hours then felt the same as before lol .

Not a doctor, but can confidently say that most people's issues with their body can be treated naturally. Some cases need medication intervention, but none of this cracking bones and shit lmao.
