Looking forward to AOC. It's basically what RS3 should have always been. It is essentially RuneScape on crack but you remember that shit with the camps in the wilderness that was essentially supposed to be the forefront of RS3 PvP? Think it was called Warbands. It's pretty much got a way fucking better version of that. I've played Final Fantasy 14 since releasse and it's been my sole MMO for a while now (don't even play WoW anymore), decent raiding that once cleared I only need to log in once or twice a week to reclear and all my weeklies can be done in a day; solo queue ranked PvP so no time commitment and I'm good enough to be "safe" early on for rewards and atm I'm happy on that so I'm not desperate for anything new.

No particular order Ghjjf (DI) - You don't lead a clan, or lead in general for almost 2 decades and not know what you're doing. And his experience showed working with him. Didn't take shit but recognised people who cared, buy a fucking mic. Icedrop (RSD) - I wasn't led by Icedrop for a very long time, but he became a good friend of mine and was one of the more mature and intelligent Leaders of his era. Lenny/Myronator (CL) - This guy was a riot. Aussie clans aren't exactly known for being reserved and Lenny did an impressive job of keeping his members in check. Only Duncan would take less shit than Lenny did in CL lol. Tim (Downfall) - Downfall had that reputation for being one hell of a ball of autism, but only someone who was in Downfall would know better. One of the best callers I've ever played with and played a pivotal part of putting Downfall in the promised land of probably the best midsize clan to grace this game. Inf (Damage Inc & Vitality) - Another no nonsense taker and not afraid to get real and at times even be insubordinate to those ranked above him if he needed to to get a point across. A realist for best results, and an asset. Probably for me as an ex clan official, think I worked well with the DI and Vitality guys, would have liked to have worked with the Downfall guys more, but don't feel we had the same Leadership style I was a bit more no nonsense taking and didn't really adapt to the more retirement home casual lifestyle a lot of clanners preferred to have these days, which showed in Impact when i had no issue wanting to strike half the clan for not showing up to shit or not putting effort in or just being bad at the game on purpose. Think working with True would have been a good laugh as well. Think I was well suited to CL until I left and probably one of the only clans I wasn't ranked in that I would have liked to work in the leadership team for was Exodus.

The old bronze, iron and steel wars, wind strike snowball fights etc. Technically warrring events but really memeing.

Corps always been a social boss imo. It's kinda like back when we used to PK spider years back in DI; I'm pretty sure I lost money on those trips in runes because half the time you were lucky if you got a kill once an hour, and the value was rarely more than a glory aside from the rare time you catch some big balls in Dragon Boots. Was never there to make any money or even to PK, but it was just being on TS for shits and giggles and Corps the same. Corp has some big loot but it's so rare and do tedious because you don't really get many kills per hour, but it's a good laugh. Think in all the years I've been Corp most I saw was a spectral sigil, and it was only worth like 30m at the time as it was before it hard spiked when all the CW players suddenly decided they wanted one to tank with.

Also, how did Corbin's time in COR go? I never kept an eye on it but he was always one of my best friends, is anyone still in contact with him? (Conditions21)

COR was the only clan I was in that never used their clan name as a spam, how did this end up being the case lol.

Conditions, G Warrior, Silverthug, Eomeri, Jaybird, David, Paul/Warriornumbers, B289, Gochance1, DWG, D96, Filz, Michele Ac, 7sem, Kikkertje; in no particular order. In terms of teams I loved calling with Jaybird, DWG and Phaeo in Martians and Imperium, in a lot of other teams you could just kill their best caller and force the weak link into action; you couldn't with Martians and Imperium because the calling line-ups were that strong.

I'll always remember Nickos as being the first person who taught me how to A) Play melee-bind (I hated mage, but enjoyed melee bind) B) Naked melee-bind, where you wore blue clothes and just took your rune off lol. Also there is a metric fuckton of oldschool RS2 DF era members here so I'll be an opportunist. One of you must remember Gaz (Ultradeath4u), he was in most clans with me from 2007 onwards (EOS, COR and RSD before making DF his permenant and final home; I chose CL instead because I wouldn't have got into DF with my history and he barely scraped his way into a chance at FA). He was a Scottish kid who lived in Australia. By far easily one of my best if not the best friends I ever had on this game, but I lost contact with him and have been trying to track him down for years lol. His active years in DF would have been around like 2009-EOC update) I remember the CoR XBOX competition being memed ruthlessly lol. Great to see Nickos again too, EOS had by far one of the best communities, they might have been a RuneScape clan but the community was much bigger than that game, because we played Gunz, Warrock, Crossfire and loads of other shit together outside of events on TS and will be remembered, before I fucked up as the first clan that I called in and was ranked in.

I was in RSD previously but overall we were very sociable and good friends but since the loss of Zybez I don't have any contact for him and would love to catch up with him @3lite - thanks mate. Madden & Fifa are basically UT now. That's EA's cash cow and baby and that's what they put all their effort and time into. Which is why the game play and franchise modes are usually so fucking shit now.

I haven't had a pure since pre-eoc when everyone and their nan had a copy of Perfect Fighter. I know how much work a max pure takes to do legit, so yeah, that fucking sucks. Whats funny is the games that you do get a rollback when hacked on; it doesn't take long to rebuild all your shit anyway if you didn't.

People treat 7 like the holy grail, I personally felt 6 was better if not one of the best FFs (certainly my fav). FF14 MMO is very good, played it since ARR came out in 2013. It's not heavy on time commitment either patch cycles have big gaps and content doesn't take long to clear. Even if you're not into MMORPG endgames like raiding, I highly recommend the story.

Never did Spider thought it was a fucking ballache compared to Callisto. Grats.
